Simply choose the Monthly Auto Replenishment Program when you add sanitizer to your order, and we will send you recurring deliveries of sanitizer every month so you always have what you need.
How to Sign Up
1. Select "Monthly Auto Replenishment"
Add sanitizer to your cart and select the "Monthly Auto Replenishment" option to save 25% on your initial purchase and all future recurring deliveries. Choose the amount of gallons you would like delivered every month.
2. Receive Automatic Refill Shipments
Sanitizer is shipped from our warehouse in Irving, TX and delivered to your door automatically every month. No need to re-enter your information. Payments renew monthly starting one month from your original order.
3. Manage Subscription Options
Log in to your Stand Up Stations account anytime. Select the Subscriptions tab to view active subscriptions, edit payment or shipping info, or cancel anytime.
What if I want to order a different amount only for my first month?
First, add sanitizer to your cart using the "One-time purchase" option. Then, go back to the sanitizer product page and place another sanitizer in your cart, but choose the “Monthly Auto Replenishment” option and add the amount you want to receive monthly. Then, Add to Cart. After the initial order, only the amount added as a “Monthly Auto Replenishment” will be delivered.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription for free anytime from your Stand Up Stations account dashboard. To cancel a subscription, Log in to your Stand Up Stations account, select the "Subscriptions" tab, then click "View" on the subscription you wish to cancel. Finally, click "Cancel" on the order to end further payments and deliveries. Note: You must cancel your order before the upcoming renewal date to avoid being charged. If you have trouble canceling, call us during business hours (M-F from 8AM-5PM Central time) at 800-413-9490.
How do I change the quantity or product in my subscription?
To change your subscription, you must first cancel any current subscriptions using the directions above. Then, place a new order by adding the desired products and quantities to your cart with the "Monthly Auto Replenishment" option selected.
How do I update my credit card or shipping info?
You can update your payment details or shipping address anytime in your Stand Up Stations account. Just select the "Subscriptions" tab, click "view" on the subscription you want to edit. Click the "Change address" or "Change payment" button to update your info.
